We are honored to once again be named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana. Bowen placed 6th in the large companies category (250 or more employees) for the 2009 program. In 2008, Bowen placed 8th in the small to medium-sized companies category (25-249 employees) and has ranked each of the four years that the Best Places to Work in Indiana program has been active.

The 2009 Best Places to Work in Indiana program honors the top companies in the state, as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
The Best Companies Group, which handled the selection process, oversees similar programs in 19 other states.
“Each company on this list understands how important it is for the success of a business to have a culture that respects and values employees,” states Indiana Chamber President Kevin Brinegar. “These businesses demonstrated that in a variety of ways – from fostering open communication and teamwork to providing training opportunities and more unique job benefits.”
Bowen Engineering, along with other ward-winning companies, was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Indiana awards dinner coordinated by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce on May 5th.
