In 2008, Bowen Engineering implemented an in-house program to enhance the supervisory skills of our field leadership. This year-long program, which kicked off in July of 2008, graduated its first class of participants on July 17, 2009. Participants included both new and seasoned Bowen superintendents.We congratulate:

The lessons for this program were based on STP courses from the Association of General Contractors. Class sessions included:

-Oral and Written Communication
-Contract Documents and Construction Law
-Understanding and Managing Project Cost
-Managing the Project: The Supervisor’s Role
-General and Specialty Contractor Dynamics
